Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by cinta88. By accessing the cinta88 platform and creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the cinta88 platform.

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

  • "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided by cinta88.

  • "Funds" means any Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or permitted cryptocurrency balance held in a Player's cinta88 Account.

  • "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or conditional incentive offered by cinta88 subject to applicable terms.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Persons under the age of 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an Account, making deposits, or participating in any Game on the cinta88 Platform. cinta88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

By registering an Account with cinta88, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age;

Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is permissible under applicable local law. 3 Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the cinta88 Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes. cinta88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

cinta88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed:

  • A copy of your MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card) or valid passport;
  • Proof of your registered address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
  • Evidence of the payment method used for deposit (e.g. bank account screenshot, e-wallet account confirmation).

cinta88 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending verification, or to permanently close an Account and void outstanding wagers if verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or misleading.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cinta88 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and credit or debit cards. cinta88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the Player's own name. cinta88 prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts for deposit or withdrawal purposes. Any funds deposited from a third-party account may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • The Player must have successfully completed account verification prior to any withdrawal being processed;
  • Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible;
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are as published on the cinta88 Platform from time to time;
  • cinta88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where AML or fraud concerns arise.

cinta88 does not charge Players for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own fees, for which cinta88 bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cinta88 may offer Bonuses to Players from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms including, but not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet per round during a wagering period, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each Bonus offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General Bonus conditions applicable across all cinta88 promotions:

  • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
  • Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
  • cinta88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time;
  • Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure;
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
6 Betting Rules & Game Terms

By placing any wager on the cinta88 Platform, you confirm that you understand the rules of the relevant Game and accept the outcome as final. cinta88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of Game rules.

cinta88 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, software fault, or pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

For sports betting markets, the following general principles apply:

  • All markets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport's governing body's official result;
  • In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time where live data is unavailable or where integrity concerns arise;
  • cinta88 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account or market at its sole discretion;
  • Winnings from sports betting and casino games are credited to the Player's Account balance upon settlement.

Live casino game results as recorded by the applicable game provider (Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, or others) shall be considered final and conclusive. In the event of a dispute between a Player and cinta88 regarding a game outcome, the game provider's server log shall be the definitive record.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cinta88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
  • Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
  • Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activity through the Platform;
  • Attempting to exploit software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage;
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
  • Engaging in coordinated or syndicated betting designed to manipulate markets or circumvent betting limits;
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through the use of multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated multi-account strategies;
  • Using a payment method belonging to a third party without their explicit documented consent;
  • Any conduct that, in cinta88's reasonable judgement, threatens the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cinta88 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for:

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit cinta88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

cinta88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to Terms

cinta88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cinta88 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the cinta88 Platform following the posting of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of cinta88's international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved through the dispute resolution procedures established by cinta88's applicable licensing authority.
